Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my website?
Not if it's done carefully. Rankings drop when old pages vanish. We list every URL on your current site and point each one to its new page with a permanent 301 redirect, carry over titles and descriptions, and check for errors after launch. Small ranking movement for a few weeks is normal while Google re-reads the site.
What is a 301 redirect?
It's a permanent forwarding address for a web page. When someone, or Google, visits an old URL, they're sent straight to the matching new page, and most of the old page's search value comes with it.
Do I have to leave WordPress?
No. We move most redesigns to our own faster, more secure platform because there are no plugins to update and no public database to attack. If your site truly needs WordPress, we'll rebuild it there instead.
