The challenge

Two audiences, one website.

Most venue sites bury one group to serve the other.

A civic center serves two very different visitors. Ticket buyers want to know what's happening this weekend and how to get there. Planners want room sizes, capacities and a fast way to ask about dates. Most venue sites bury one group to serve the other.

[placeholder: describe the Nampa Civic Center's starting point — e.g. an outdated site, a calendar that was hard for staff to update, rental details spread across PDFs.] The goal was a site staff could keep current without calling a developer every week.
