Hospitality Operations software Dashboard & web app

Multi-Venue Operations Platform: one hub for every venue, every night.

A dashboard and web app case study. We built a real-time operations hub for a multi-location hospitality group. It runs check-in, settlements, transfers, table service and reporting across every venue, and it's live and in nightly use.

The challenge

Several venues, one night at a time.

Spreadsheets scattered across teams
Group texts for coordination
Paper records at close
Slow, error-prone settlements

Running several venues at once means dozens of moving parts every night: who's working, who's checked in, which tables are booked, what moved between locations and whether the numbers balance at close. Spread across spreadsheets, group texts and paper, that gets slow and error-prone.

The group needed one system every role could use at the same time, with each person seeing only what they need. [placeholder: any extra context from the client on how things worked before, kept anonymous.]

What we built

A real-time hub, built around every role.

Live · in nightly use

Role-based access for admins, managers, floor staff, DJs and security. Everyone works from the same live data.

Check-in
Staff check in as they arrive, and managers see who's on in real time.
Nightly settlements
Close out each night with the numbers in one place.
Cross-venue transfers
Track what moves between locations, so nothing goes missing.
Table service and reservations
Bookings and table status visible to the people working the floor.
End-of-night reporting
A clear summary for owners and managers when the night is done.
Roll Call
A live "who's on tonight" lineup display that updates the moment staff check in.

How long does a custom dashboard take?
We plan web apps in phases, usually with a first working version in 6–12 weeks. Pricing starts at $4,850 and is custom quoted.
Custom dashboard development

Running on spreadsheets and group texts?

We build custom dashboards and operations software around how your team actually works. Web apps start at $4,850, custom quoted.
